MEET JOANNE + KERIN
Who are JAKS?
Owners and Creators Joanne and Kerin are not only fantastic partners in the business world but they are pretty great as a married couple also. Joanne is the creative and passionate half of the team, while Kerin is responsible for the logistics and physical work.
Their combined strength and expertise make them an unbeatable power couple, and that's why everyone chooses JAKS Hire and Events. Not to mention their impressive selection of hire products and exceptional quality of service. With over 25 years of experience in the events industry and having worked on some of the largest events in Adelaide, they truly know their stuff.
How it all started
During a holiday, Joanne and Kerin took the time to reflect on their aspirations and future direction. They had always dreamed of starting their own business. So with the knowledge of the industry from their previous careers, they decided to embark on this journey in early 2016.
With a clear understanding of the market, they decided to create a high-end styling and hire business. Fuelled by creativity and a few cocktails, they took the leap and JAKS Hire and Events was born.
